Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At ShotRush, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. We offer a fair refund policy that protects both our customers and our business.

2. 7-Day Free Trial

All new users receive a 7-day free trial that includes:

  • Full access to your selected plan features
  • No credit card required to start
  • Cancel anytime during the trial without charge
  • Automatic conversion to paid subscription after trial ends

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Eligible for Refund

  • Technical Issues: Service unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours
  • Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts
  • First-Time Subscribers: Within 14 days of first payment if unsatisfied
  • Feature Failures: Core features not working as advertised

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after the refund period
  • Violation of Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
  • Partial month usage (subscriptions are monthly)
  • Unused AI generation minutes (they don't roll over)
  • Disagreement with AI-generated content quality

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact support at refunds@shotrush.app
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. Provide any relevant documentation (screenshots, error messages)
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for review

4.2 Refund Timeline

  • Review: 5-7 business days
  • Approval/Denial: Email notification sent
  • Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Credit Card: May take 1-2 billing cycles to appear

5. Subscription Cancellation

5.1 How to Cancel

  • Log into your ShotRush account
  • Go to Account Settings → Billing
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm cancellation

5.2 Cancellation Terms

  • Cancel anytime - no cancellation fees
  • Access continues until end of current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Content remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation

6. Plan Changes

6.1 Upgrades

  • Immediate access to new plan features
  • Prorated charge for the remainder of the month
  • New rate applies from next billing cycle

6.2 Downgrades

  • Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
  • No refunds for the difference in the current month
  • Ensure usage is within new plan limits

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Extended Outages

If ShotRush is unavailable for more than 72 hours:

  • Automatic account credit for affected time
  • Option for full refund if preferred
  • Additional compensation may be considered

7.2 Major Feature Changes

If we significantly reduce features:

  • 30-day notice before changes
  • Pro-rated refund option during notice period
  • Grandfathering for existing users when possible

8. Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision:

  1. Request escalation to management
  2. Provide additional information if available
  3. Consider dispute through your credit card company
  4. Small claims court as last resort

9. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback:

  • Please contact our support team first
  • Chargebacks may result in account suspension
  • We work to resolve all issues fairly
